  2. Day 1–2 · Onboarding

    The intake

    Detailed intake form, 3-day food diary, and any recent labs (HbA1c, lipids, thyroid). Submitted 24 hours before your initial consult so your dietitian arrives prepared.

  3. Week 0 · 60 min · Video

    Initial consult

    The deepest call of the program. Review labs, lifestyle, food preferences. Set 2–3 measurable goals. Walk through your custom meal plan in real time. You leave with: a 4-week plan PDF, grocery list, and Week 1 recipes.

  4. Weeks 1–4 · Daily + weekly

    Guidance, not guesswork

    Weekly 30-min follow-up calls. Daily WhatsApp support (replies before 9pm PKT). Recipe vault, plan adjustments, and a monthly live group Q&A with all three dietitians.

  5. End of Week 4 · Reassessment

    The review

    Body composition, lab markers (if applicable), clear-eyed review of what worked. You'll be invited to graduate, renew, or step up to the 12-week program.

Is this just another diet plan PDF?

No. Every plan is built from scratch for you, by a senior dietitian who knows your medical history, food preferences, and family situation. PDFs are an output — not the product.

I live abroad. Will the plan work outside Pakistan?

Yes. Half our clients are diaspora. Grocery lists adapt to UK/UAE/US/Canada sourcing, and your dietitian schedules calls in your time zone.

Do I have to give up roti, biryani, or chai?

No. We measure them, balance them, and place them where they belong in your plan. Removing roti, chawal and home food is the fastest way to fail.

I have a medical condition. Can you help?

Yes — for diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, PCOS, thyroid, fatty liver, and post-pregnancy recovery. We coordinate with your physician where needed. We do not replace medical care.

How is this different from a hospital dietitian or one-off online consult?

One-off appointments aren't enough for behaviour change. Ghizayat is a structured 4-week program with daily access — that's where results actually come from.

What if I don't see results?

If you complete the first week and feel it's not working, we'll pair you with a different dietitian or refund 100% — your choice.

Do you sell supplements?

No. We recommend supplements only if your labs require it, and we don't sell them. We'd rather you buy from a trusted pharmacy at fair price.
